About

I'm Josh.

I'm a writer, friend, and community creator who splits his time between Mazatlán, Mexico, Boulder, Colorado, and Alberta, Canada.

I have a passion for all things relational. I write about tea, friendship, travel, and the joys of life I find along the way. I love to share my food and my drink with those around me.

I've learned a ton from travel, friends, and nerding out on tea. I'm excited to share it with you.

Why Tea?

Tea is quintessential hospitality. It is also the most consumed beverage in the world... well, second to water. Ever since I discovered the secret world of craft tea and tea ceremonies, I have added it to my repertoire of how I love to connect with others and show them something new. Tea is a great way to get to know the world and its diverse cultures and traditions.

Why Friendship?

I'm convinced it's more important than ever to invest in our relationships and be intentional. I love to help people do that, personally and professionally. AI, social media, distractions, isolation... there are lots of things pushing everyone away from connection. I love to celebrate the human need for relationship and offer tips and new ways of thinking about people.
